Traditional instruments from all over the Mediterranean merge with the Spanish guitar of this wonderful “Tocaor” and, sometimes, flamenco singing and dancing.
The Spanish guitar travels in the Mediterranean is an original music show that connects flamenco with Arab and Jewish music from the Middle East.
It tells the story of the thousand years of cultural encounters between Jews, Muslims and Christians on the beaches of the Mediterranean.

This guitarist was born in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and at a young age moved to the northern village Abirim, in the western Galilee.
His studies include a BA in musicology from the Hebrew university in Jerusalem, a graduation diploma from the Fundación de Cristina Heeren del Arte Flamenco, in Seville, Spain, and a master in flamenco guitar, from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, in Barcelona.
Apart from these formal studies studied extensively with guitar and oud teachers from Israel and Spain.
His work includes composing, arranging and performing with a fusion of musics between, middle eastern Jewish and Arab musics, flamenco, and sephardic music.
Apart of being an interpreting musician with his guitar and oud, he leads his personal project The Spanish guitar travels the Mediterranean.
Performed in festivals and venues in Israel and Europe, including: Festival Internacional de Musica Sefardí in Cordoba, Spain; International Jewish Music in Amsterdam; University of Cypress Cultural Festival in Nicosia, Cypress; Fundación Tres Culturas in Seville; In Israel: Earthdance Festival, Sufi Festival, Moustache Festival, Confederation House, Días Del Flamenco Festival, Yellow Submarine, and more.
